Delete your account

Deletion is held for 30 days. Until then, signing in to Task Tamer keeps the account.

How it works

When you request deletion, the account and everything in it — lists, folders, tags, attachments, shifts, profile and the messages you sent to support — are held for 30 days. After that they are removed permanently and cannot be recovered.

Until then you can change your mind: sign in to Task Tamer, on your phone or at app.maujr.com, and choose "Keep my account". Nothing else cancels the request.

Before you request

Subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it in Google Play.
Copy. If you want a copy of your data, export it first from the app's Settings.

In the app, the same request is under Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account. If you cannot sign in, write to contact@maujr.com from the account's e-mail address.

Request the deletion of your account

The request schedules the account for deletion in 30 days and signs you out on every device. Until that date, signing in and choosing "Keep my account" cancels it.

There is no need to request it again. To keep the account, sign in to Task Tamer before that date and choose "Keep my account".

If you have a Premium subscription, cancel it in Google Play: deleting the account does not cancel it.
